Ken Allen is a well known Veteran of the Mortgage Industry, possessing a huge breadth of experience in Commercial Property and Business Development.
His marketing career commenced with a family firm of commercial and landed property agents. He then joined the building society movement to gain lending and management experience within a corporate structure.
After managing several branch offices in England and Wales he returned to the Capital and was subsequently appointed London Manager of The Yorkshire Building Society, responsible for managing and developing the London Area, from their 'Flag Ship Branch' in the Strand.

Jonathan Brauka has worked in the mortgage industry for 25 years. The first 20 were spent with the Yorkshire Building Society which culminated in his appointment as Branch Manager of their prestigious London Strand office.
During Jonathan's tenure the branch reached unsurpassed records of prudential lending and administrative efficiency.
In 2003 he was appointed Operations Director of a bespoke mortgage brokerage in Westminster which not only added to his all round experience but further enhanced his reputation amongst their discerning clientele.

Mark Hollands has 15 years industry experience having begun his career at the Yorkshire Building Society.
He then held managerial roles with Bank of Ireland and GMAC RFC primarily developing mortgage business in the Central London area.
Mark was then appointed National Sales Manager at xit2, a technology company specialising in the UK mortgage market where his expertise enabled the company to successfully enter new markets.
In the Spring of 2005 he joined a firm of specialist mortgage brokers where he used his previous experience to raise the company's profile in the residential and buy to let sectors.
